She combines deep tissue and sports massage with stretching to increase the natural energy flow in the body. She is certified and proficient in several modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Prenatal Pregnancy, Sports, Deep Tissue, Hot/Cold Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Cryotherapy. She encourages her clients to develop a love for self-care including a consistent stretching routine and individual self-massage suggestions, so that they may have a better understanding of how their body works. Empowering the future through self-love and self-care is something she strongly believes.
