Dr. Sharde’ has always had a love for holistic wellness, starting well before her pre-teens. The
journey from licensed massage therapy moved on to Naturopathic wellness & Ayurvedic
Practitioner. She specializes in all common massage modalities, but also unique massages like
traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Ashiastu, Heated Bamboo, Tsubuki facial massage, and Tuina. Her
philosophy is to enlighten her clients to take charge of their health & self-care. Dr. Sharde’s
second love is Acupuncture. Practicing since 2018, she has a strong love for the Korean Hand
Therapy, Japanese/Chinese techniques, cupping, TCM, and Chinese Moxibustion. Giving concierge
care of the whole person, and not just a cookie-cutter approach to your care.
