Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist

Co-founder and Clinic Director of Enspirit Wellness, Licensed Acupuncturist

Kaci, a native of Broken Arrow, is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Functional Medicine Practitioner, serving as the co-founder of Enspirit Wellness with locations in Irvine, CA, and Los Angeles, CA. Enspirit Wellness specializes in personalized wellness services, incorporating acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and herbal & nutritional supplementation in a boutique, relaxed setting. Their unique approach combines the principles of Chinese medicine, advanced research, and modern diagnostic technology, allowing them to seamlessly integrate Eastern and Western health care methodologies. The core philosophy of their practice revolves around achieving optimal health by identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalances and disease. Embracing the holistic view of the body as an interconnected tapestry with a natural ability to heal, they aim to ensure lasting and vibrant health.

Kaci’s introduction to the effectiveness of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine occurred in 1999 when she faced a debilitating shoulder injury while playing third base for The University of Mississippi. After undergoing surgery, she continued to experience intense pain, casting doubt on her ability to play her senior year. Regular acupuncture treatments played a crucial role in reducing pain and restoring full strength and mobility, enabling her successful recovery, completion of her collegiate career, and eventual entry into the Women’s Professional Softball League.

Following her B.A. in Psychology, Kaci pursued a graduate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Emperor’s College in 2002. Graduating Summa Cum Laude in December 2006, she earned her Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine degree. Her post-graduate education included extensive training in Sports Medicine, Acupuncture, and Functional Medicine, collaborating with experts such as Dr. Datis Kharrazian, Dr. Thomas Culleton, Apex Energetics, and Functional Medicine University. Kaci is licensed in acupuncture both in California and nationally.

While Kaci’s practice covers a broad spectrum of health conditions, she primarily focuses on issues such as muscle strains, joint pain, menstrual irregularities, sleep disorders, allergies, long COVID imbalances, and gastrointestinal conditions.
