Chinese medicine became the cornerstone of my recovery from a perplexing tropical disease.

My pursuit of knowledge was unwavering. I dedicated myself to acquiring a solid education, earning a B.A. from San Francisco State University and excelling in my master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, California. Recognized for my exceptional commitment and drive, I graduated at the pinnacle of my class and had the privilege of completing an enriching externship in Taiwan under the esteemed mentorship of Dr. Lee Chen-Yr.

Throughout the course of my personal odyssey, I established a highly regarded wellness clinic that has served the community for over a decade. Additionally, I endeavored to make acupuncture accessible to all by establishing a low-cost clinic in Los Angeles, CA. As an advocate for mental health, I spearheaded a groundbreaking project in Venice, CA. My areas of expertise lie in women’s health and chronic conditions, as I firmly believe that Chinese medicine, with its profound understanding of the intricate connections between the body, mind, and spirit, has the power to restore harmony and well-being.

However, my passion extends beyond the reaches of Chinese Medicine. I actively contribute to affordable housing programs, striving to make a positive impact on vulnerable communities. Nature is a wellspring of inspiration for me, and I find solace in nurturing the soil food web, cultivating nourishing food, and exploring the art of landscape design with native plants from Oklahoma.
